LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program)






































LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program) is a federally funded program that provides assistance to low-income households in the Clayton, Henry, and Fayette county service areas. This is a FREE program. LIHEAP makes a one-time payment toward your primary heating source for eligible families. The LIHEAP funds can assist with starting new service, stopping disconnections, and the delivery of propane gas. LIHEAP can also assist with account balances that are current as long as the household is qualified for the program.


The 2016-2017 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

is CLOSED as of May 31, 2017.
