COMMUNITY SUPPORT DIRECTOR
CLAYTON COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICES AUTHORITY, INC.
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required. Three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience and/or training. Must have experience in overseeing budgets, managing people, implementing policies and procedures, managing program requirements, and customer service. Must have the ability to address issues and concerns and address conflict resolution. Experience in maintaining data bases, managing and processing grants, developing and implementing grant programs and develop and monitor community service programs. Experience in balancing regulatory requirements with budget constraints and growing community needs. Interpret and implement complex policies and regulations and be able to make independent decisions on matters involving established policies and procedures.

$58,968 - $85,000 (Annual Salary Range)
8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
