Position: Case Manager
Component: Community Support
Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences, Psychology, Sociology or any related field with three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience and/or training. Must have experience in customer service, quality service and the ability to address issues and concerns and conflict resolution. Must be able to travel locally and out of state for meetings as needed or required. Must have good working knowledge of computer and computer programs, i.e. Windows packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other agency packages needed to perform job duties. Ability to maintain confidentiality of any and all matters associated with the organization and with any partnerships associated with the organization. Ability to effective present information to management, staff, general public, community groups, and/or The Board of Directors. Ability to remain pleasant with others on the job, as well as with clients and display a cool natured professional cooperative attitude at all times.

Annual Salary: $13.42 - $19.50 (Hourly Range)
