Front Desk Receptionist

Component: Under the Supervision of CFO, the selected individual will serve as
the first point of contact for the Agency. Managing the front desk by greeting
visitors, answering/routing calls, scheduling appointment and handling
administrative tasks. This candidate must keep tidy reception area.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Greeting clients, visitors, and guest warmly and directing them to the
appropriate person Punctual.
Answering, screening, and forward incoming calls, as well as taking
messages with legible handwriting.
Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing photocopying and
may require data entry.
Sorting, distributing, and preparing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Organized ensuring the front desk area is neat and in order.
Responding to inquires in a professional manner and provide information
accurately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction.
Excellent time-management, pays attention to détails.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High diploma, or GED.
3-5 years of progressive Customer Service.
Knowledge of computers, Microsoft word.
Must be able to multi-task at times.
Must be timely reporting to work.
Benefits: Available after probation period.
Rate OF Pay: $15.00 hour
