Full-Time
Monday-Friday
8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Component: Under the Supervision of CFO, the selected individual will serve as
the first point of contact for the Agency. Managing the front desk by greeting
visitors, answering/routing calls, scheduling appointment and handling
administrative tasks. This candidate must keep tidy reception area.
“MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE”.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
 Greeting clients, visitors, and guest warmly and directing them to the
appropriate person Punctual.
 Answering, screening, and forward incoming calls, as well as taking
messages with legible handwriting.
 Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing photocopying and
may require data entry.
 Sorting, distributing, and preparing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
 Organized ensuring the front desk area is neat and in order.
 Responding to inquires in a professional manner and provide information
accurately.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction.
 Excellent time-management, pays attention to détails.
 Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
 High diploma, or GED.
 3-5 years of progressive Customer Service.
 Knowledge of computers, Microsoft word.
 Must be able to multi-task at times.
 Must be timely reporting to work.
Benefits: Available after probation period.
Rate OF Pay: $15.00 hour
