Position: Human Resources/Accounting Coordinator
Component: Clayton County CSA Administration
Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field, and at least three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in the respective role. Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience. The Human Resources and Accounting Coordinator will play a critical role providing administrative support for both departments. Human resources related tasks include supporting processes such as on-boarding and off-boarding employees, benefits and payroll processing, performance reviews, professional development, staying abreast of all state and federal laws by which CSA must abide, and other tasks that may be needed to support the department. Finance related tasks include supporting processes such as audit preparation, processing transactions and expense and reimbursement requests, purchase orders, general bookkeeping using GMS, financial record keeping and reconciliation, and other tasks that may be needed to support the CFO and Staff Accountant. This unique opportunity is ideal for a highly detail-oriented person interested in strengthening their human resources and finance skills in an entry-level role.

Annual Salary: $55,473 - $70,449 (Annual Range)
