While earning his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Belle served as a Student Government Senator and held leadership roles within Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, Inc., where he led advocacy, leadership development, and student‑engagement initiatives. He has contributed more than 1,000 hours of volunteer service supporting community‑based programs and has built a strong foundation through work with local government and public‑sector operations.
Professionally, Mr. Belle brings experience in IT infrastructure and operations, managing complex systems, stewarding large‑scale projects, and developing standardized processes that improve service delivery and accountability. He applies a people‑first approach to workforce development through mentorship, compliance‑focused operations, vendor coordination, and data‑driven decision‑making—always with an emphasis on community impact and economic mobility.
In addition, Mr. Belle is a Certified Line Worker, Certified Automotive Technician, CDL‑A Truck Driver, and has experience in commercial HVAC.
