Mr. Belle began his involvement in the community early. At age 16, his first job was working at a polling station assisting people to exercise their right to vote. While earning his bachelor’s degree he served as Student Government Senator, President of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, Inc. He has volunteered more than 300 hours inthe community. Most of professional experience stems from working with local government.
