Strategic Partnership Manager
Nature and Scope: The Strategic Partnership Manager’s role is to identify, develop, and manage partnerships which drive the growth and success of our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strategic alliances that support our long-term business objectives, enhance brand presence, and create value for our partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development: Identify and assess potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals. Establish, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive business growth.
2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefit and sustained collaboration.
3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to define partnership strategies and align them with overall business goals.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, terms, and contracts, ensuring that partnerships are structured to deliver value and meet organizational objectives.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of partnerships, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
7. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities that could influence strategic partnerships.
8. Innovative Growth: Propose creative and innovative partnership models that drive business expansion into new markets or customer segments.
9. Risk Management: Evaluate partnership risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges while maximizing opportunities for success.
10. Brand Alignment: Ensure that all partnerships align with the company’s values, brand positioning, and business strategy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Ability to work across different business functions and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with contract management and legal agreements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with social services or social justice.
Salary Range: $47,596 - $60,000 (Annual Salary Range)
